SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

Orders are usually shipped the day after payment's receipt.

Delay from our side will be immediatly reported.

Forwarded charges are based on size and weight of parcel.

We use different ways to ship items:

- International Postal Service (no tracking online) for little cheap items 
- Registered Letter Signed For (with tracking online until Italian custom), for little items, weight up to 2 kg.
- Ordinary Parcel - Flat standard rate (no tracking online) for items up to 20 kg. Est. delivery time within 7 - 10 working days (saturdays-sundays-holidays excluded).
- Express International Carrier

After shipment you will be informed about number and link for tracking online, when 

Shipping costs depend from quantity, weight, way of shipping and destination of the purchased items.

The total amount will be desplayed at the end of order, before you confirm and pay for it.
